Deep Release Bodywork Training Therapy
As above, this is the Training approach heavily influenced by the Bodywork.
The unique blend of all of the Training methods that I have years of experience teaching to thousands of people. Adapting to suit, the bespoke approach is fully loaded with innovative training methods, developed and refined from years of working with many unique individuals.

Pregnancy Massage
I have had the pleasure of being a part of many pregnancies. Being there for Mother and Baby is very special. Teaching parents to look after each other, along with being there to help after baby is born too.
The Deep Release and connection approach, allows for the development of the family, strengthening the bonds, and deepening the love.

Deep Tissue & Soft Tissue Fusion
The flow and fusion between the two approaches, allows the therapist to apply the most effective techniques to be used in the moment.
From the use of Hot Stones, to Myofascial Release teachniques, this approach really does cover a wide range of methods, to help treat the most common issues.
